Sixers & Stumps — Membership Terms & Conditions

Entity: Sixers & Stumps LLC, a California limited liability company (“Sixers & Stumps,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Location: Lake Forest, California.

By purchasing or using a Sixers & Stumps membership or one-time rental package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Rules & Regulations, Privacy Policy, and Liability Waiver (collectively, the “Agreement”). If anything here conflicts with a written agreement signed by both you and Sixers & Stumps, the signed agreement controls.

Key Definitions

  • Member / You: The individual purchasing and using a membership.
  • Basic Membership: $99.99/month plan described below.
  • Plus Membership: $149.99/month plan described below.
  • Annual Renewal Fee: $59.99 charged once per membership year.
  • Admin Fee: One-time enrollment fee of $39.99.
  • Session: A booked lane time block.
  • Credit: The monthly included hours or sessions associated with your plan.

Enrollment, Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Enrollment Charges: At sign-up, you will be charged the first month’s membership fee, the Admin Fee ($39.99), and taxes, if any.
  • Annual Renewal Fee: $59.99 charged once per year on your membership anniversary date.
  • Auto-Renewal: All memberships automatically renew monthly until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for membership fees, taxes, and the Annual Renewal Fee, as applicable.
  • Receipts/Confirmations: We will email you written confirmation of your enrollment and renewal terms, and a receipt after each charge.
  • Updating Payment Method: You must keep a valid payment method on file. If a charge fails, we may suspend access until the balance is paid.
  • Price Changes: We may change rates or fees with 30 days’ advance notice. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

California Automatic Renewal Disclosures: You can cancel online any time (see Section 6). For memberships with an annual renewal fee, we will email a reminder 15–45 days before the fee is charged each year.

Minimum Commitment, Freezes & Cancellations

  • Minimum Commitment: Basic and Plus memberships require a minimum four (4) month commitment from the start date. If you cancel before 4 months you are required to pay the balance. 30 Days Notice period required.
  • Freezes: After completing the initial 4-month commitment, you may freeze once per membership year for up to three (3) consecutive months at $39.99/month.
    • Freezes begin the month after your request date.
    • Freeze time extends your membership term and resets your renewal date accordingly.
  • Cancellation:
    • You may cancel any time after the initial 4-month commitment period.
    • How to cancel:
    • Effective date: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate or refund partial months, or Any fee selected.
  • Promotions on Cancel: If you cancel, any promotional or legacy pricing ends. Re-enrollment is at current rates, fees, and promotions.

General Membership Conditions

  • Memberships include lane rentals only. Complimentary use of a bowling machine or a 25-ball bucket is subject to availability.
  • Guests:
    • One (1) additional player may join your session at no extra cost.
    • Each additional person after the first is $10 per session.
    • Non-members must be accompanied by the member who booked the lane.
    • Violations may result in removal and a 1-hour deduction from your monthly allotment.
    • Only 1 additional player allowed while using lane with bowling machine.
  • Admin Fee: A one-time $39.99 enrollment fee applies.
  • Annual Renewal Fee: $59.99 per membership year.
  • Use-It-or-Lose-It: Monthly hours do not roll over.
  • Compliance: All members and guests must follow posted Safety Rules and Bowling Machine Rules.
  • Age & Supervision: Minors must have a parent/guardian sign the Liability Waiver and be supervised at all times.
  • Coaching and Commercial Use Restriction: Memberships are for personal, non-commercial use only. Conducting paid coaching, training sessions, or any business activity within the facility without prior written consent from Sixers & Stumps LLC is strictly prohibited. Coaches or instructors seeking to train students must contact Sixers & Stumps LLC to arrange an approved Custom Coaching Package.

Cricket Membership Plans

  • Basic — $99.99/month
    • Up to 60 minutes per day, 8 hours max per month.
    • Advance booking required.
    • No-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 30 minutes deducted.
    • Guests: Bring upto 3 additional players after the first free player for $10 per player/session when booking lanes without bowling machine.
    • Only 1 additional player allowed when booking lane with bowling machine
    • Complimentary bowling machine or 25-ball bucket, subject to availability.
    • You may hold up to 2 future sessions at a time.
    • Extra time may be purchased at 25% off standard hourly rate.
  • Plus — $149.99/month
    • Up to 60 minutes per day, 15 hours max per month.
    • Advance booking required.
    • No-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 30 minutes deducted.
    • Guests: Bring upto 3 additional players after the first free player for $10 per player/session when booking lanes without bowling machine.
    • Only 1 additional player allowed when booking lane with bowling machine
    • Complimentary bowling machine or 25-ball bucket, subject to availability.
    • Extra time available at 25% off hourly rate, subject to availability.
  • Basic — $99.99/month Special Edition
    • Total 12 visits a month
    • Book minimum 30 minutes to maximum 60 minutes per day, 6 hours max per month.
    • Advance booking required.
    • No-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 30 minutes deducted.
    • Guests: Bring upto 3 additional players after the first free player for $10 per player/session when booking lanes without bowling machine.
    • Only 1 additional player allowed when booking lane with bowling machine
    • Complimentary bowling machine subject to availability.
    • You may hold up to 2 future sessions at a time.
    • Extra time may be purchased at 25% off standard hourly rate.
    • Annual fees will be waived for the first year
    • A 3% payment processing fee will be added at checkout. All fees are non-refundable.
  • Individual Basic — $59.99/month
    • Minimum 4 month commitment required.
    • Access to Bowling machine (subject to availability).
    • Annual fees will be waived for the first year.
    • No-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 30 minutes deducted or paid lane bookings receive a 50% refund as Sixers & Stumps credit.
    • Bring upto 5 additional players for $10 per player/hour when booking lanes without a bowling machine.
    • Bring 1 additional player while using the lane with a bowling machine for $10 per player/hour.
    • You may hold up to 2 future sessions at a time.
    • Extra time may be purchased at 25% off standard hourly rate. Can not be combined with any other offers.
    • A 3% payment processing fee will be added at checkout. All fees are non-refundable.
    • Bringing a coach? Please add the Coach Add-On at checkout (not included as free player).
    • Online lane reservation is required. All additional players must be added during booking.

  • Jr. Package - Individual Basic (For age 14 and under) — $69.99/month
    • Access to Bowling machine (subject to availability).
    • Annual fees will be waived for the first year.
    • Book minimum 30 minutes to maximum 60 minutes per day 3 hours max per month.
    • The player must be 14 years of age or under.
    • Once the player turns 15 his membership will be terminated and given an opportunity to upgrade to available membership options at the time of cancellation.
    • Month to month - no commitment required.
    • No-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 30 minutes deducted.
    • Bring upto 5 additional players for $10 per player/hour when booking lanes without a bowling machine.
    • Bring 1 additional player while using the lane with a bowling machine for $10 per player/hour.
    • A child must be accompanied by an adult for supervision and bowling machine assistance. This package includes one parent/guardian helper. Both must sign a waiver before the session.
    • You may hold up to 2 future sessions at a time.
    • Extra time may be purchased at 25% off standard hourly rate. Can not be combined with any other offers.
    • A 3% payment processing fee will be added at checkout. All fees are non-refundable.
    • Bringing a coach? Please add the Coach Add-On at checkout (not included as free player).
    • Online lane reservation is required. All additional players must be added during booking.

  • Individual Standard — $79.99/month
    • Access to Bowling machine (subject to availability).
    • Annual fees will be waived for the first year.
    • Book minimum 30 minutes to maximum 60 minutes per day 3 hours max per month.
    • Minimum 4 month commitment required.
    • No-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 30 minutes deducted or paid lane bookings receive a 50% refund as Sixers & Stumps credit.
    • Bring upto 5 additional players for $10 per player/hour when booking lanes without a bowling machine.
    • Bring 1 additional player while using the lane with a bowling machine for $10 per player/hour.
    • You may hold up to 2 future sessions at a time.

    • Access to Bowling machine (subject to availability).
    • Annual fees will be waived for the first year.
    • Book minimum 30 minutes to maximum 60 minutes per day 6 hours max per month.
    • No-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 30 minutes deducted or paid lane bookings receive a 50% refund as Sixers & Stumps credit.
    • Bring upto 5 additional players for $10 per player/hour when booking lanes without a bowling machine.
    • Bring 1 additional player while using the lane with a bowling machine for $10 per player/hour.
    • You may hold up to 2 future sessions at a time.
    • Extra time may be purchased at 25% off standard hourly rate. Can not be combined with any other offers.

Baseball Membership Plans

  • $45 / 30 minutes | $70 / 60 minutes
    • 30-minute rental: Maximum 2 athletes
    • 60-minute rental: Maximum 4 athletes
    • One (1) parent or supervisor permitted per cage (not counted as an athlete).
    • Coaches permitted only with a paid Coach Add-On.
    • Capacity limits apply per time block and may not be increased by splitting or booking consecutive sessions.
    • Membership time may not be combined or shared to simulate team training.

Baseball Team Batting Cage Rentals

  • Minimum two (2) cages per twelve (12) athletes.
  • One additional cage required for every six (6) additional athletes.
  • Teams must book multiple cages; adjacency is not guaranteed.
  • Individual memberships and standard rentals may not be used for team practices.
  • Failure to reserve required cages may result in restricted participation or forfeiture without refund.

Baseball Pitching Mound / Pitching Tunnel Rentals

  • Live catcher required.
  • Throwing to nets, targets, or 9-pockets is prohibited.
  • Arriving without a catcher results in session forfeiture without refund or credit.
  • Catchers must wear appropriate protective equipment.

Baseball Capacity & Enforcement

  • Capacity limits are enforced for safety and compliance with California standards.
  • Misuse of baseball memberships or rentals may result in session termination or membership suspension without refund.

Booking Rules & Facility Hours

  • Book via website, mobile site, or in person. All bookings subject to availability.
  • Hold up to 2 sessions on 2 different days at any time.
  • Special Events & Closures: Hours may vary for events, Coaching, Lane Reservation or maintenance.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • For Non-Members:
      • Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking → full refund.
      • Cancel less than 24 hours before your booking → no full refund; up to 50% credit for future use.
    • For Members:
      • Cancel less than 24 hours before your booking → 30 minutes will be deducted from your monthly allotted hours.
      • Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking → full refund.
      • In case of paid booking, if the member Cancel less than 24 hours before your booking → full refund will be credited for future use
    • For Package User:
      • Cancel less than 24 hours before your booking → 30 minutes will be deducted from your monthly allotted hours.
      • Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking → full refund.
      • In case of paid booking, if the user Cancel less than 24 hours before your booking → no full refund; up to 50% credit for future use.
  • All Lane or Box rentals are subject to availability.

One-Time Lane and Box Rental Packages

  • One-Time Lane and Box Rental Packages described apply to Cricket activities only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Baseball rentals and memberships are governed by Baseball-Specific Terms & Conditions.
  • All sales final: Non-refundable.
  • Expiration: Must be used within 1 year of purchase.
  • Upto 8 players per box included as a part of the package. Each additional player $10/per session.
  • Equipment: Bring your own bat, tennis ball, and protective gear.
  • Tennis-ball cricket only. No hard-ball cricket permitted.
  • This package is designed for recreational play and friendly matches among family and friends. It is strictly for personal, non-commercial use and cannot be used for tournaments, coaching sessions, paid events, or organized leagues. Sixers & Stumps reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings if the facility is being used for commercial or unauthorized activities.
  • If canceled less than 24 hours customer will be charged 30 minutes from their purchased hours.
  • For Regular Price Box rental:
    • If canceled less than 24 hours customer will be not be refunded full amount instead future credit will be issued up to 50%.
    • Box reservation canceled before 24 hours prior to booking time will be eligible for full refund.

One-Time Lane Rental Packages

  • Weekday Special 5hr Package
    • Limit 2 packages per person.
    • $59.99 for 60 minutes with a bowling machine.
    • This package is only for Lane 1 and Lane 2.
    • Upto 2 players (required to help with bowling machine).
    • Available on weekdays only.
    • Online reservation required for Lane 1 and Lane 2.
    • Walk-ins not allowed.
    • Validity 1 Year from the date of purchase.
    • If canceled less than 24 hours customer will be charged 30 minutes from their purchased hours.
    • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Weekday Group Special 5hr Package
    • Limit 2 packages per person.
    • $79.99 for 120 minutes.
    • Bowling Machine not included
    • This package is only for Lane 3 and Lane 4.
    • Upto 6 players
    • Available on weekdays only.
    • Online reservation required for Lane 3 and Lane 4.
    • Walk-ins not allowed.
    • Validity 1 Year from the date of purchase.
    • No more than 6 players in one lane. In case of more than 6 players, additional Lane must be reserved.
    • If canceled less than 24 hours customer will be charged 30 minutes from their purchased hours.
    • All sales are final and non-refundable.

Safety, Conduct & Equipment

  • Follow staff directions at all times.
  • Protective gear required where applicable.
  • Sport-specific safety rules, including catcher requirements for baseball pitching tunnels, are strictly enforced and may result in immediate session termination without refund.

Refunds, Credits & Make-Goods

  • No refunds for unused hours, Admin Fees, or Renewal Fees.
  • Sessions forfeited due to safety violations, capacity violations, or failure to meet sport-specific requirements are not eligible for refund or credit, regardless of membership type.

Photo/Video & Marketing Consent

By entering the facility, you consent to non-commercial photo/video capture for safety and operations. With separate opt-in, you may authorize use in marketing. You can withdraw consent anytime via email.

Assumption of Risk; Waiver; Indemnity

  • Participation in cricket, baseball, batting, pitching, and related activities involves inherent risks. Baseball activities involve additional risks from high-velocity balls, bats, and equipment. Participants voluntarily assume all risks and release Sixers & Stumps LLC from liability arising from failure to follow safety rules, capacity limits, or staff instructions.

Lost or Damaged Property

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Secure your belongings at all times.

Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate memberships for unsafe conduct, non-payment, fraud, or abuse of benefits. Repeated or intentional misuse of baseball memberships or rentals constitutes grounds for immediate termination without refund.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive membership confirmations, renewal notices, and service updates electronically. Keep your contact info current.

Privacy

We collect and use personal information per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. California residents may have additional rights.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or closures caused by events beyond our control, such as accidents, power outages, natural disasters, or public health directives.

Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Arbitration Agreement

This Agreement is governed by California law. We agree to resolve disputes informally within 30 days before formal claims. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration (JAMS Consumer Arbitration Rules) in Orange County, California, unless otherwise agreed.

Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought individually — no class or representative actions permitted.

Opt-Out Option: You may opt out within 30 days of your membership start date by emailing sixersandstumps@gmail.com with your name and request to opt out of arbitration.

Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. Material changes will be posted on our website and emailed to members. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law; Arbitration

  • This Agreement is governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, subject to JAMS Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class actions are waived.
