Assisted Stretching

on the Floor

Performed on a padded mat, floor-based sessions draw on Thai-method assisted stretching. Working with gravity and a broader range of positions, this format is especially effective for targeting the hips, lower back, hamstrings, and the full length of the spine.

FULL BODY DEEP FACIAL WORK

Assisted Stretching

on the Table

A deep, full-body practice that combines Thai stretching traditions, fascial release, and targeted trigger point work into one fluid, intuitive session.
Using hands, body weight, and deliberate pressure, I guide your body through stretches it couldn't reach on its own - unlocking the places where tension has quietly lived for years. You'll feel layers releasing. Muscles softening. A kind of spaciousness spreading through your joints and spine that's hard to describe until you've felt it.
It looks intense. It isn't painful. Every movement is controlled, responsive, and adapted entirely to your body in that moment. After a session: deeper sleep, looser hips, a nervous system that finally exhales.

I am a certified Stretch Practitioner in the Performance Stretch Method and a certified yoga teacher. My practice sits at the intersection of structured bodywork and mindful movement, an approach that developed over years of working closely with bodies in tension and people ready to change how they feel.
What I have learned is that releasing the body requires more than physical technique. It requires patience, presence, and the ability to listen to what each person's body is communicating. Every session I offer is grounded in that understanding.
My work combines assisted stretching, breathwork not because it sounds complete but because, in practice, it is. The results speak consistently across clients with very different bodies and histories.
