General Rules
- Lanes/boxes will be available on first come basis and must be reserved.
- Walk-ins are allowed if lanes are available. If lanes are not available management reserves the right to deny service.
- Additional players must be added during online booking, and all extra player fees must be paid before arrival.

- Effective February 1, 2026, following rules will apply for lane reservation cancellation:
- For Non-Members:
- Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking → full refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before your booking → no full refund; up to 50% credit for future use.
- For Members:
- Cancel less than 24 hours before your booking → 30 minutes will be deducted from your monthly allotted hours.
- Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking → full refund.
- In case of paid booking, if the member Cancel less than 24 hours before your booking → full refund will be credited for future use
- For Package User:
- Cancel less than 24 hours before your booking → 30 minutes will be deducted from your monthly allotted hours.
- Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking → full refund.
- In case of paid booking, if the user Cancel less than 24 hours before your booking → no full refund; up to 50% credit for future use.
- Any additional player for lane will be charged $10.00.
- For Non-Members:
- Effective February 1, 2026, following rules will apply for lane reservation cancellation:
- Lanes/box facility may not be available on public holidays or in a case of special events. In such situations your booking may be canceled, and full refund will be provided if you are non-member.
- In case of any issue, customers should contact management and look to resolve situations amicably.
- Customers are required to take care of facility, rented equipment and all items within the facility. Any misbehavior will result in strict action and fine up to $5000, cancelation of membership with full payment for the entire duration and can be always denied service.
